Pickler born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June of 1986, went through a troubled childhood. Her mother left her when she was just two to escape from the abuse of her partner. Pickler was brought back to her mother in 1995 when she took over custody. The situation didn't work out as planned. So when she was 12 the court returned Pickler to her grandparents - they raised her up to the age of adulthood. Pickler with the help of her parents and her older siblings, became too distracted to study. According to her, because she had no time for studies, she started to learn how to cook and tidy at an early age. Pickler participated in the cheerleading teams of her high and middle school.
